Welcome to My Website, a dedicated counselling service where I prioritize your mental well-being.

My experience is founded in supporting child and adult survivors of abuse for over 30 years in numerous roles and settings, supporting young people struggling with their mental health in an education setting and working with adults in a local counselling provision.

I offer a safe space and welcoming environment for adults, young people and children aged 8 and over, to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I can help you navigate whatever difficulties you are facing in a safe confidential space.

My Services and Costs.

I provide individual counselling sessions for 1 hour at a cost of £50 per hour.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation to meet with you in person, or to discuss over the telephone how I may be able to support you or the young person or child you support.
